Delivery costs

Free delivery with any purchase of $125 or more. Otherwise, a delivery fee of $20+taxes will be applyied at checkout.

You want to buy online and pick-up the merchandise in store? Simply notify us at checkout. Delivery charges will then not apply.

Please note that we only ship to Canada. All online orders with a delivery address outside Canada will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping times

All orders are processed Tuesday through Saturday. Allow 1 to 4 business days to process the order in store and then an additional 1 to 5 business days for shipping via Canada Post depending on postal traffic.

Returns

We allow 15 days from the date of shipment to return the merchandise* and obtain a refund**. Sale items as well as jewelry are FINAL SALES, therefore NO exchanges or returns accepted. For any other merchandise to be returned, follow the following instructions:

1. To obtain an authorization number for your return, please contact us by going to the WHERE TO FIND US section and complete the CONTACT US section indicating:

• Your name, telephone number and email
• Your invoice number
• The reason for the return

We will send you an authorization number by email. Then, you can return the merchandise in person to the store or by mail* to:

2. The merchandise must not have been washed or worn and must be returned in the condition received.

3. The merchandise must be returned with the original labels and not have been removed.

4. Merchandise must be returned with a valid receipt.

5. Once the merchandise has been received, to ensure that all of our return policies are respected, we will inspect the items in question. If everything complies with our policies, we will issue a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not respect our policies and our return deadlines.
